We offer two options : 

The Collection Experience

Our beautifully designed templates provide fundamental structure for the personalisation of your details.

 

Custom Suite Experience

A completely unique design created just for you. Ideal if you have lots of details and time before mailing.

Every order takes place in 3 Phases, beginning with your online purchase. This is then followed by a period of time where together we will personalise and craft your order. Please see below the steps within each stage, so you know exactly what to expect and things can run smoothly. 

 

Samples

While making your order you will be asked to consider embellishments,  paper stock and colour
choices. In order to help you make these decisions we suggest you purchase a sample pack or enquire about a personal consultation.

 

Design Approach

Your items are in good hands, we will take your personalisations and implement them with careful consideration into our designs. You can be assured we are thrilled to be involved in one of the most memorable moments of your lives and will do our best to make sure you are happy with your final products.

 

Important Time Considerations

Please review Phase timelines below. During the Content and Design phase should you need more time for content collection or require further revisions, your order schedule may be expanded. We will keep you updated.

 


Phase 1 - Content

(3 business days)

  • Step 1 - Content supplied via online form*
  • Step 2 - Content submitted and reviewed 

Please Note

*All content supplied via online form will become your first proof. Preparing all content prior to placing order will allow us to move more efficiently through the content phase.

 

PHASE 2 - Design

(15 - 20 business days)

  • Step 1 - Content is placed in initial design and presented as a first proof to you.
  • Step 2 - Two rounds of feedback and revision are made*

Please Note

*Additional rounds of revisions can be requested but will incur a small fee.

Your initial design will take 5 business days, thereafter please allow 3 business days for the implementation of feedback. Sign-off on a digital proof is required before proceeding to Phase 3.

 

PHASE 3 - Production

(10 business days)

  • Step 1 - Approved digital proofs go to print
  • Step 2 - Packaging of order
  • Step 3 - Your order is shipped
