The Easiest Way to Collect Wedding Invite Addresses

You've finalised your guest list - fab, that's a biiiig job and now it's time to invite your guests with either save the dates or invitations. This is when your wedding date becomes more of a reality!
How are you going to collect your guest's addresses? We have a few tips, tricks and some templates (copy and paste style) you can use to make this a piece of  cake.

Set up your collection system

Are you writing these down old school in a planner? Or perhaps a spreadsheet is more your thing? We strongly suggest the later for ease! With Google Drive you have two options;

  1. Google Sheets - Copy and paste guests responses into a spreadsheet.

  2. Google Forms - Send a link for guests to complete a form, you can then export everyones answers later as a spreadsheet. If you're pretty savvy on google drive, we strongly suggest creating your own free google form as being the easiest.

Using Google Drive means you can give access to more people with shareable links from your forms or sheets. If you want to delegate to your partner, family or wedding party to contact certain guests you can!

*If you're wanting to use one of our wedding websites as a save the date or details page, we can customise a form to collect any details which you can then export as a pdf for you and your vendors.

Contact guests directly

It's time to slip into your guests messages on social media and ask them for their post address and email, if they're not on social media, an email (if you already have it) or a phone call might be a better option.

Here are a 2 suggestions you're welcome to use on repeat x
